Fourth of July fireworks — Columbus Air Force Base presents a Grand FIreworks Show on the East Bank of the John C. Stennis Lock and Dam in Columbus. Children’s activities begin late afternoon, with fireworks about a half-hour after dark. Food vendors will be on hand.
Plantation Pointe
fireworks — Plantation Pointe Retirement Community hosts a fireworks display at dark on its grounds just east of Highway 82 East, between Highway 50 and Lehmberg Road in Columbus, weather permitting.
