Rainbow Apparel, a women’s clothing and accessory retail store, has opened a store in Gateway Shopping Center.
Deanna Austin, the district manager, said the business opened its doors on Wednesday, July 24.
The store offers junior- and plus-size clothing, uniforms, shoes and accessories, Austin said.
Gateway Shopping Center is located in the 200 block of Alabama Street in east Columbus.
Rainbow Apparel, which is based in New York City, operates more than 1,000 stores across the country, including locations in Tupelo, Tuscaloosa and Meridian.
The Columbus location is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
