JACKSON -- The Mississippi secretary of state's office has published the latest edition of the Official and Statistical Register, better known as the blue book.

The 840-page tome lists federal, state, county and city officials. It gives election results and lists phone numbers, addresses and Web sites for a plethora of state and local boards.

Want to know how to vote? See page 565.

How about the duties of the Polygraph Examiners' Board? Page 457.

Secretary of State Delbert Hosemann says the book also highlights the faces of Mississippi -- people who portray the hardworking, determined spirit of Mississippians.

Hosemann says the registry is also available in a digital edition, is downloadable from the website and is updated online quarterly.
