I am writing this in regards to a football player (Dexter McCluster) from Ole Miss who deserves more credit for his performance on (and off) the field. This young man has performed outstandingly for his school and his team. He has been chosen SEC player of the week twice and national players of the week.
Maybe I missed it, but I watch ESPN Sports Center every day and have seen nothing about Dexter”s performance at all.
“Oh Boy,” you see all about Mark Ingram (Alabama). I guess because that”s Alabama. You see all about Tebow (Florida). Again, I guess because that”s Florida.
Come on, let”s give credit where credit is due.
Someone needs to add Dexter”s name to the Heisman list. He”s as good (or better) than some of the players already listed. This young man plays with heart.
Not fair!
