A rose to the Columbus Convention and Visitors Bureau, Columbus Cultural Heritage Foundation, historic home owners and all who have worked to bring the 70th annual Pilgrimage to the city of Columbus. The city”s rich history comes to life in Tales from the Crypt performances (courtesy of Mississippi School for Mathematics and Science students), home tours and period costumes and crafts during the annual Pilgrimage.
While the event draws hundreds from near and far to enjoy its relaxing atmosphere, putting on the annual tradition takes quite a bit of work. So thanks to organizers, hosts and hostesses and all volunteers, who help to make this time of year a very special time for the Friendly City and its visitors.
For details on Pilgrimage and related events, go to www.columbus-ms.org, or contact the Heritage Foundation at 662-329-1191 or 800-920-3533. The Welcome Center will serve as ticket headquarters for Pilgrimage tours.
