CARTERSVILLE, Ga. — Columbus Motor Speedway and Magnolia Motor Speedway will return to action Saturday night.
Action at Columbus Motor Speedway will include the NASCAR All American Series Stock Cars and Late Models, Columbus Modifieds, Sport Stocks, Crazy Compacts, and the USAC Ignite Midget Series.
Action at Magnolia Motor Speedway will feature the RockAuto.Com Super Late Models, NeSmith Late Models, Street Stock and Mini Stocks, and a “Dash for Cash” featuring the top six qualifiers in the Super Late Model and the NeSmith Late Model. They will run six laps to determine the top six starting positions in the feature.
The Dash for Cash for Super Late Model pays $100-to-win and is presented by GTS Transmission. The Dash for Cash for NeSmith Late Models pays $100-to-win presented by Stokes Express Lube.
Pit gate will open at 3 p.m. Grandstand gates will open at 4 p.m. The driver’s meeting will be at 5:30 p.m. Racing will start at 6:30 p.m.
Grandstand admission is $10 for adults. Kids 10 and under will be admitted free. Pit admission is $25.
Free trackside parking is available in any unreserved spot.

The Hattiesburg Motor Speedway in Hattiesburg, the Malden Speedway in Malden, Mo., and Penton Raceway in Penton, Ala., will open the NeSmith Chevrolet Weekly Racing Series Week 7 competition tonight.
There also will be racing Saturday at the Albany Motor Speedway in Albany, Ga., the Deep South Speedway in Loxley, Ala., and the 411 Motor Speedway in Seymour, Tenn. Clayhill Motorsports in Atwood, Tenn., will open its 2012 NeSmith Chevrolet Weekly Racing Series season Saturday night.
Tony Lawson, of Laurel, holds a 30-point lead against Jeremy Shaw, of Millport, Ala., in the NeSmith Chevrolet Weekly Racing Series point standings. Lawson has 352 points, which includes 75 bonus points. Shaw has 322 points (25 bonus points).
