With his huge day Saturday, that’s MSU tailback Josh Robinson’s rank in the SEC for rushing yards. With 198 yards, Robinson lifted his season total to 887. He also has 10 touchdowns.
“That’s Josh Robinson,” Prescott said. “Nothing he does surprises me anymore. He’s a great running back.”

Times MSU’s offense has topped the 500-yard mark this season. The lone exception was a 488-yard showing against No. 2 Auburn two weeks ago. The Bulldogs had 542 yards against the Wildcats, 12 more than their average of 530.

Mullen’s record against Kentucky. MSU’s sixth-year coach has beaten Kentucky every year since he took over at MSU before the 2009 season. Despite the dominance, Mullen saw a different bunch of Wildcats on Saturday.
“They’ve played us tough in the past,” Mullen said. “I’ll tell you what, I think that was two very good football teams out there on the field today. They’re a very dangerous team. I wouldn’t be surprised to see them have a fantastic rest of the year and land a great bowl game this year.”
