In the final game of the Joe Horne Columbus Christmas Classic, top-ranked Columbus knocked off New Hope 65-56 before a standing-room only crowd at the Falcon Lair Saturday night.
Columbus moved to 8-2, while New Hope fell to 9-1. It is the first of two meetings between the county rivals, who again meet Jan. 2 in the New Hope New Year’s Tournament.
