OMAHA, Neb. — Mississippi State’s winner’s bracket contest against Vanderbilt has been postponed.
The Bulldogs and Commodores were slated to meet Tuesday at 6 p.m. but inclement weather has forced the game back.
The new game time is 1 p.m. Wednesday at TD Ameritrade Park.
Vanderbilt enters the contest having defeated Louisville 3-1 in its opening game of the College World Series Sunday afternoon.
The Commodores and Bulldogs have met just once this season — a 1-0 Vanderbilt victory in the SEC Tournament May 23.
