Dixie Cartwright, manager of the university’s Center for Continuing Education, said summer is one of her favorite times of the year at MSU because “campus comes alive with kids of all ages enjoying the benefits of this great university.”
“Camps are so important to the growth and development of youth because they offer safe and structured opportunities for exploring current and new interests, as well as making new friends,” she said. “Many of our camps fill quickly, so I encourage parents to enroll their kids early to ensure they don’t miss out on all of the fun and excitement.”
