Morgan Suzanne Miller and William McCullen Ray were married June 14, 2014, at 6 p.m. at the Oxford-University United Methodist Church in Oxford, with Forrest “Bo” Bankston Jr. officiating. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Herman Glenn Miller of Columbus. She is the granddaughter of the Mrs. Mary Sue Jones and the late Robert Dale Jones, and Mrs. Marguerite Miller and the late Herman Miller. She was given in marriage by her father. The bride wore an oyster, silk satin ball gown with a V-neck crystal and pearl beaded bodice and a chapel train by Jim Hjelm. Marla Kaye Miller of Columbus, sister of the bride, served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Kaitlin Ann Dennis, Lauren Virginia Fordice, Savannah Marie Goodamn, Virginia Cannon Luster and Sophie Davis Perkins, all of Jackson, Morgan Locke Houston and Blakeney Anne Rader, both of Memphis, Tennessee, Abbey Margaret Johnson and Lindsay Elise Lipscomb, both of Columbus, Skyler Kay Thomas of Atlanta, Caitlyn Terrell Smith of Birmingham, Alabama, and Ellen Viner Townsend of Oxford. Honorary bridesmaids were Chelsea McKnight of Memphis and Davie Ann Sellers of Purvis. Addison Reeves Young served as flower girl. The groom is the son of Dr. and Mrs. Thomas Judson Aycock and the late Mr. Allen Dale Ray Jr., all of Tupelo. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Tommy Cornelius Crook of Amory, Mrs. Gloria Joan Ray and the late Allen Dale Ray Sr. of Osceola, Arkansas. The groom’s stepfather served as best man. Groomsmen were John Clayton Asters, David Andrew Garrett and Bentley Winford Nolan, all of Tupelo, Jeffrey Whitley Chase of Columbus, Jacob Wade Harris of Starkville, Joseph Tanner Harris of Memphis, Travis Reed Miles of New Orleans, Lawson Branch Parker of Jackson, Adam Carr Ruff of Dallas, Luke Thomas Small of Little Rock, Arkansas, Jason Allen Snider and Jeremy Nelson Winborne, both of Brookhaven. Luke Walters Young served as ring bearer. Following a wedding trip to Barbados, the couple resides in Memphis, where the groom is a certified public accountant with Hilton Worldwide and the bride is a marketing coordinator with Lansky Brothers.
