JACKSON — Republican Lt. Gov. Tate Reeves will be roasted at a journalism dinner in Jackson on Jan. 26.
The Mississippi Press Association Education Foundation Celebrity Roast raises money to underwrite internships for aspiring journalists and to provide grants for journalism education.
Reeves was sworn in as lieutenant governor this week. He served two terms as state treasurer.
The MPA roast will be at the Hilton hotel in Jackson.
