A Starkville man was charged with possession of a stolen firearm after a traffic stop Sunday.
Officers arrested Lexus Weaver, 20, after he was pulled over on Highway 182 for no headlights.
He was cited for the headlight violation, the gun charge and also for possession of marijuana in motor vehicle.
Weaver was transported to the Oktibbeha County Jail. His initial appearance was Monday afternoon.
Starkville Police Department released no further information about the traffic stop or the arrest.
