STARKVILLE — Dak Prescott’s trial has been set for July 20, his lawyer Jay Perry said.
The former Mississippi State football quarterback was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence March 12. Two Intoxilyzer 8000 tests performed failed to measure his breath alcohol level following his arrest, documents showed in March.
Prescott, who broke 38 school records, was drafted in the fourth round (135th overall) by the Dallas Cowboys in the National Football League Draft.
