Baptist Memorial Hospital-Golden Triangle welcomed Dr. Hector Dox to its staff as a cardiac, thoracic and vascular surgeon on Aug. 15.
Dox received his medical degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine in 1988, where he also complete his internship and residency in general surgery. He completed a second residency in cardiothoracic surgery at Ohio State University Medical Center. Dox spent 17 years in private practice in Lima, Ohio, where he served as chief of the Division of Cardiothoracic Surgery at San Rita’s Medical Center.
Dox and his wife, Carol, live in Columbus.
