A Starkville man is facing an aggravated domestic violence charge for allegedly attacking a woman with a knife.
Starkville police and U.S. marshals have arrested Frank Rogers III, 37, on a felony warrant for the alleged incident that occurred on Garrard Road. The warrant was issued March 23.
According to an affidavit obtained from Starkville Municipal Court, Rogers injured a female victim by cutting her on the left thigh with a knife, “causing a large laceration.” Rogers is in a dating relationship with the victim, according to the document.
Rogers was booked into Oktibbeha County Jail, and is out after posting $10,000 bond. He’s scheduled for an initial court appearance on April 30.
