A Columbus man who police were searching for has been found safe at a relative’s home, according to a Columbus Police Department email.
On Thursday, CPD issued a press release asking for the public’s help locating Willie Mack Henderon, Jr., 66, of Second Avenue North. Henderson had last been seen walking in the area of 18th Street and Seventh Avenue North behind OK Food store.
On Friday evening, CPD issued a new release saying Henderson had been staying at a relative’s home and was unaware he was being looked for.
