Jimmy White, 46, was charged with possession of methamphetamine.
Michael Williams, 30, was charged with possession of marijuana more than an ounce.
Cecil Alexander III, 48, was charged with shooting into a dwelling house.
Pennie Doyle, 61, was charged with intent to defraud credit card.
Marcus Gardner, 25, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
Shaundra Harris, 32, was charged with felony false pretense and failure to appear.
Rashida Isaac, 22, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
Letavis Murray, 26, was charged with felony simple assault and burglary of an occupied dwelling house.
Bryant Shinn, 31, was charged with sexual battery.

Curtis Lucas, 35, was charged with a bench warrant, no seatbelt and driving on a suspended license.
James Reed, 34, was charged with felony threats, assault on an officer and domestic violence-simple assault.
Charles Arney, 28, was charged with cyberstalking, petite larceny and domestic violence-simple assault.
William Myers, 32, was charged with a bench warrant.
Dontavious Lucious, 19, was charged with three counts burglary of a vehicle and three counts attempt to commit a crime.
Jamal Cunningham, 33, was charged with resisting arrest, trespassing and disorderly conduct.
Zyria Kennedy, 19, was charged with contempt of court.
Dwauntario Reed, 29, was charged with two counts possession of a weapon by a felon, discharging a firearm in city limits, no drivers license, public drunk and probation violation.
Quavontan Lucious, 19, was charged with three counts attempt to commit a crime, two counts burglary of a vehicle and disorderly conduct.
Jonathon Bradshaw, 30, was charged with parole violation.
Lakendric Travis, 27, was charged with possession of marijuana more than 30 grams.
Jerome Davis, 22 was charged with five counts aggravated assault.
Devonte Davis, 26, was charged with possession of a stolen firearm.
