FULTON – An Alabama high-school football coach has been denied bond on charges accusing him of sexual involvement with three minors in Mississippi.
Dwight Bowling appeared Monday in Itawamba County Circuit Court in Fulton to be arraigned on state charges including one count of fondling and two each of sexual battery and exploiting a child.
He was to be returned to the Lafayette County jail in Oxford where he has been held since his arrest Sept. 17 on federal charges of obstructing a criminal investigation and four specific charges of crossing state lines to engage in sexual activity with a minor. reserved.
