Finding a vet on the weekend
I recently needed the emergency services of a veterinarian in the Columbus area on a weekend night. After calling all the numbers listed in the phone book and being directed to the Mississippi State Veterinarian School in Starkville, I was able to contact a live representative of a clinic here in Columbus.
After explaining the problem I was having with my dog, I was told they only see their patients. That is all fine and good because my problem was eventually taken care of, but my pets will not become patients of a business that shows no desire to help in a time of an emergency. If you only care for present patients, you are destined to fail because your actions are not creating new ones. I would say good luck to you, but it won’t help your future.
