Takes issue with editorial
Friday’s “Other Editors” from the New York Times, was definitely written from that liberal paper’s viewpoint.
Only somebody grasping at straws could entertain the notion that Trump actually called for Hillary’s assassination. The “Second Amendment people,” the loyal, patriotic, responsible gun owners of America, have a lot of clout at the polls. Hillary SAID she didn’t want to take guns away from the people, but anybody who has followed her knows what a whopper that is.
The editorial said America has seldom, if ever, had a candidate descend to the depths of bigotry and intolerance as Trump.
Trump is not my ideal choice for president, but he is a much better choice than Hillary, and they’re the only two choices we have. If elected, Trump will most likely be a one-term president, and Hillary will hog the gig for two terms.
Nobody will have the political guts to impeach her for ANYTHING! If Obama hasn’t committed “high crimes and treason,” then Hillary, as the first female president, will literally get away with murder. Incidentally, more high-ranking people associated with her have died mysteriously, lately. Look for that trend to continue.
I’m not the fastest horse in the stable, but I do finish the race. A thought hit me the other day, and it isn’t very flattering for the Republican voters. Think about this: If Don Rickles would have run for president this year, I believe he would have gotten the GOP nomination. We need a true statesman as President, not the emcee of a celebrity roast where all the speakers get roasted.
We don’t need somebody who panders to different groups so she can have a page in future history books. The choices are Slim and None this year. Hopefully American voters will mature before the next round of presidential primaries.
