Feels editorial was disrespectful
I am very disappointed by the tone and timing of your editorial piece on the dangers of the natural world. I found it to be extremely insensitive to the family, friends, and loved ones of the young man who tragically lost his life on the river.
Add to that the timing of the article as it appeared in your paper the very day his obituary ran and on the eve of his funeral.
While I did not personally know the young man or his family, it would seem to me that you should consider apologizing to them.
