Feels it’s best to keep Iran in check
What a tragic end for 176 lives on a Ukraine plane disaster in Iran and 50 lives in a stampede in Iran! What progress has Iran made so far after their Islamic revolution more than 40 years back? The Iranian revolutionary guards did not identify the passenger plane, there was no coordination and now the statement just said “it’s a human error!”
It is definitely unintentional as Canadian Prime Minister said but, how costly was this Iranian human error? The passengers were made up of Iranian citizens and non-Iranians but they were all human lives. It’s also fair to question Iran’s ability to manage situations since it couldn’t avoid a stampede at Soleimani’s funeral?
Look at how precise with no bystanders or innocent ordinary people were killed during General Soleimani’s death. According to USA and a few others, this general was behind planning and killing U.S. service men in the Middle East in addition to a recent militia attack on U.S. Embassy in Iraq.
However, after General Soleimani was killed there was some sympathy from the world communities because he was killed outside of a war situation.
But after these two incidents, especially killing 176 people, it seems Iran is still in the days of Bedouin culture in the Middle East.
One can understand now why the world’s powerful and civilized countries do not want Iran to have nuclear capabilities. Once they have the atom bomb, they could drop it any time, any where. They could even drop it on their own country and then tell a lie initially, later blaming it on human error.
It was not a war and Iran started telling lies, one after another. That’s what happens in an oppressive and undemocratic country.
It seems somehow war has been avoided for now and the dust is settling down. But I am sure the world body would not or should not allow Iran to make nuclear bombs.
