Two men and two women are in custody for a June 15 robbery at a Highway 12 hotel.

Starkville police arrested 31-year-old Leathur Neal and 28-year-old Steven Bishop early Tuesday morning on suspicion of armed robbery. Police also arrested Jonnice Harris, 25, on a warrant for conspiracy to commit a crime.

On Monday, police arrested Katelyn Scott, 19, on a warrant for conspiracy to commit a crime.

According to Starkville Police Department Public Information Officer Brandon Lovelady, the arrests come from a robbery that happened at a hotel on Highway 12 on Friday. A male victim reportedly went to the hotel, the location of which has not presently been revealed, to meet a female.

Bishop and Neal reportedly robbed the victim after he arrived at the hotel.

Lovelady said the arrests were made at an apartment on Garrard Road.

Bishop's and Neal's bond was set at $50,000 each. Scott and Harris have each had their bond set at $10,000.

All of the suspects are still in the Oktibbeha County Jail, according to jail personnel.

The Dispatch has submitted a public records request to Starkville's municipal court for more information on the incident.
