Sizzling Second Saturday finale — There’s a Back to School Bash during the Hitching Lot Farmers Market’s final Sizzling Second Saturday from 7-10 a.m. The first 75 kids age 10 and under get a sportpack of school supplies. Art for EB — The third annual Art for EB from 4-7 p.m. at Ole Homestead, the home of Rufus and Karen Ward, at 302 College St., Columbus, honors the late Gabe Valentine of Starkville and features art by his grandparent, Lee Gibson. Golden Triangle Comic Con — This celebration of comic, geek and pop culture begins at 10 a.m. at Trotter Convention Center in downtown Columbus with special guests, gaming, tournaments and cosplay.
