Wide receiver Theodore Knox of The Woodlands, Texas, announced his commitment to Mississippi State football on Saturday afternoon, adding another top talent to new head coach Mike Leach’s recruiting class.
The speedy Knox is ranked a four-star prospect, the No. 41 wideout and the No. 35 player in Texas by 247Sports.
The 5-foot-10, 167-pound receiver joins fellow Texas commits Sawyer Robertson and Daniel Greek in the Bulldogs’ recruiting class of 2021.
“I am 100% committed and can’t wait to recruit the best players in the country to come join me in Starkville,” Knox wrote in his tweet announcing his decision.
Knox ranks second behind Robertson in the Bulldogs’ 2021 class, according to 247Sports. Mississippi State has 10 players committed, and the overall group ranks 41st in the nation and 10th in the Southeastern Conference.
